Place de Paris
Place de Paris now hosts a dozen afterwork-friendly bars and brasseries. It's the most convenient option: 5 minutes' walk from the station, tram-accessible, with multiple public car parks (Fort Wedell, Gare).

What to check
- Walk-in capacity. For 10 people, most bars are fine; beyond that, book ahead.
- Continuous service. Prefer venues that serve food all evening — useful if some arrive late.
- Outdoor space. In summer, a terrace is key. Place de Paris is partly pedestrian.
